Extremely delayed withdrawal process.
The player from Finland made a withdrawal request. No confirmation of pending withdrawal was received but when the player tried to make a new withdrawal request a message popped out saying there had already been a request made. Later on, the player contacted the casino and inquired about the progress of their withdrawal but no one ever answered them. The deposit was made via bitcoin but the withdrawal was supposed to be made via bank transfer, however, the casino had never asked for the player's banking details. The player's balance was €8100, they wanted to withdraw €100 first to test it. The €100 was received by the player but when a withdrawal of €2,000 was requested, the player has probably never received a payment again. There were no more updates since then.

The casino claimed that they never received an email from her about the self-exclusion and said that she was making excuses because she had lost money.
